12月15日消息，北電網(wǎng)絡(luò)(Nortel)宣布將在未來幾周內(nèi)分六批拍賣所持有的4000多項專利。昔日的電信巨頭北電網(wǎng)絡(luò)在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)泡沫破滅之后一蹶不振，然而瘦死的駱駝比馬大，即使倒閉其專利技術(shù)也仍然具有相當(dāng)?shù)暮鹆俊８鶕?jù)路透社的報道，蘋果、谷歌、諾基亞等多家公司對于這些專利技術(shù)很感興趣，將積極參與此次拍賣。
這4000個專利技術(shù)將被劃分為幾塊，比如LTE, 4G通訊技術(shù)等，打包出售。北電共持有下一代LTE網(wǎng)絡(luò)部署所必須的150項關(guān)鍵專利當(dāng)中的7項。一位專家指出北電網(wǎng)絡(luò)的專利技術(shù)可以為其將來的擁有者在激烈的競爭中提供強有力的“武器存儲”而使其立于不敗。專利技術(shù)將成為未來競爭的核心力量。
