[導讀]英飛凌OmniVia TUS9090 DVB-H/T解決方案

飛凌科技公司(Infineon Technologies)推出的兩款高度集成的高功效DVB-H/T芯片解決方案:OmniVia TUS9090和OmniTune TUA9000。OmniVia TUS9090是全集成化系統(tǒng)級芯片(SoC),包括射頻調(diào)諧器、DVB-H/T解調(diào)器和集成的存儲器。

OmniTune TUA9000是用于接收DVB-H和DVB-T制式數(shù)字電視信號的直接轉(zhuǎn)換式多頻段硅調(diào)諧器(VHF、UHF和歐美采用的L頻段)。這些產(chǎn)品面向移動數(shù)字電視應(yīng)用,例如手機、PDA、移動媒體播放器和筆記本電腦等。英飛凌推出的這兩款新產(chǎn)品,可使電子系統(tǒng)設(shè)計實現(xiàn)最小化,降低系統(tǒng)成本和功耗,從而最終推動移動電視技術(shù)和產(chǎn)品的發(fā)展和應(yīng)用。

O m n i V i a TM is Infineon’s new family of digital broadcast and multimedia products complementing the company’s successful range of radio frequency (RF) Tuner ICs.

TUS9090, first member of OmniViaTM , is a System on Chip (SoC) front-end receiver for DVB-H/T standard, integrating a RF silicon tuner and a demodulator for multiple services reception without the need of using any external memory. Due to its small footprint area and low power consumption, OmniViaTM TUS9090 is suitable to be built directly into applications like cellular phones, PDA’s and other mobile devices supporting a SDIO/SPI port.

OmniTuneTM TUA 9000 Mobile TV Silicon Tuner DVB-H/T O m n i T u n e TM T U A 9 0 0 0 is a highly integrated CMOS DVB-H/T Direct Conversion Receiver (DCR) for mobile multimedia solutions. OmniTuneTM TUA 9000 supports VHF, UHF, L-band Europe and L-band US frequency ranges. A single supply operation (2.8 V) as well as dual supply operation (1.8/2.8 V) optimize the power consumption to as low as 18 mW for a 10% duty cycle operation in DVB-H mode.

OmniTuneTM TUA 9000 supports a wide range of Crystal and external reference frequencies . It features an integrated Low-Noise-Amplifier with wide-band RF AGC, a programmable Channel Filter, as well as a fully integrated VCO and PLL loop filter.
