友達昆山7.5代面板項目有望正式落地

不過，郭臺銘卻高興不起來。因為，當(dāng)?shù)貙ν馔嘎兜氖讉€放行項目，是競爭對手友達光電。后者申請到昆山投資一座7.5代工廠，已通過決策會議審核，目前正等待臺灣當(dāng)?shù)赝顿Y審議委員會審查。
“類似的話以前聽了不知多少遍，在最后的結(jié)果出來前，我不好說什么，謝謝你的關(guān)心?！庇堰_光電總部一位內(nèi)部人士對《第一財經(jīng)日報》說。
此前的2009年最后一天，臺灣地區(qū)曾對大陸完全開放6代及6代以下項目，6代以上仍有限制。如果要投資7.5代廠，必須先在當(dāng)?shù)赝顿Y8代或以上項目，并保證量產(chǎn)。今年春天，友達光電遞交申請，打算投資30億美元在昆山設(shè)立一座7.5代面板廠。但5天后，卻被當(dāng)?shù)赝顿Y審查部門以“補件”為由退回。
友達上述人士表示，當(dāng)初不太明白要“補”什么。但公司還是進一步豐富了相關(guān)材料再度提交了申請。其間，友達曾對本報表示，不排除對昆山市政府控制的龍飛光電7.5代項目注資，曲線投資大陸。但是，直到目前仍無確切消息。
臺灣地區(qū)上述經(jīng)濟主管機構(gòu)表示，友達眼下已完成“補件”，對相關(guān)單位的意見也做出完全回復(fù)，符合規(guī)定，年前將開投資審查會議。不過由于投資額巨大，可能會召開特別會議處理。
即使年前落地，從時間點上看，也已被韓國三星在蘇州、LG在廣州的兩大項目搶了先。一旦它們在大陸率先量產(chǎn)，將給臺灣地區(qū)面板帶來新壓力。而且，由于三星蘇州廠規(guī)劃的是7.5代項目，主要集中在42英寸至46英寸之間，對于友達、奇美的直接沖擊更大。
郭臺銘發(fā)火，暫時還只能幫到別人。鴻海旗下富士康在成都規(guī)劃的8代線項目，短期內(nèi)不太可能獲得大陸批準(zhǔn)。不過，之前富士康已與深圳市政府合資設(shè)立深超光電，那是5代項目。
平板顯示調(diào)研機構(gòu)WitsView副總經(jīng)理張小彪認(rèn)為，2009年上半年，大陸投資熱情高昂，市場需求又大，當(dāng)時若能登陸，友達、奇美有望成為市場贏家，但一年過去，面板已供過于求。
此外，由于建廠至少需要一年時間，即便目前動工，也要在2012年才能正式量產(chǎn)，如果臺企再度延遲，可能無法就地滿足大陸市場需求。外界認(rèn)為，韓國兩大企業(yè)有望繼續(xù)拉大與臺企的差距。(function(){document.domain=qq.com;var c=function(d){var
