京東方8代項目融資到位：7國企投資近90億元

北京市政府國資所有的亦莊投資將取代北京京東方投資發(fā)展有限公司，成為京東方A（000725.SZ）的大股東。
京東方昨天公布了最新的通過非公開發(fā)行A股股票的募資情況。京東方按照股票發(fā)行價格3.03元/股共發(fā)行約29.85億股普通股，扣除發(fā)行費用后，實際募資約89.43億元，該筆募資將用于建設(shè)一條生產(chǎn)新建玻璃基板的月產(chǎn)量為9萬片的第八代液晶面板生產(chǎn)線。
本次發(fā)行完成后，京東方資產(chǎn)總額將由420.65億元增至510.08億元，增幅為17.53%。但截至2010年9月30日，京東方負(fù)債總額已經(jīng)達(dá)到約156.79億元。
畢馬威華振會計師事務(wù)所昨日出具的一份《驗資報告》顯示，7家國資色彩的企業(yè)參與了增發(fā)股票的認(rèn)購。其中包括北京經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)投資開發(fā)總公司21.21億元、安徽合肥融科項目投資有限公司19.998億元、北京嘉匯德信投資中心15.15億元、北京亦莊國際投資發(fā)展有限公司約15億元、北京工業(yè)發(fā)展投資管理有限公司約10億元、西南證券6.06億元、中外運空運發(fā)展股份有限公司3.03億元，同時，亦莊投資不參與詢價，按照最終確定的發(fā)行價格3.03元/股，以現(xiàn)金15億元認(rèn)購本次非公開發(fā)行的股票。
發(fā)行完成后，亦莊投資以9.57%的持股比例取代北京京東方投資發(fā)展有限公司成為京東方第一大股東，本次發(fā)行前，亦莊投資持股比例為7.04%。
之前，京東方曾與多家私募基金公司溝通，試圖拉它們?nèi)刖?，但是后者覺得京東方雖然擁有核心技術(shù)，但是持續(xù)高昂的投資，勢必帶來巨大折舊壓力，短期內(nèi)恐怕很難走出虧損，有ST風(fēng)險，因此沒有參與。
此次參與公司的背景顯示，國資力量依然是京東方最重要的依靠。事實上，2009年之所以轉(zhuǎn)好，也是靠了政府大約7億元的財政補貼。
一年以前，為了落實京東方合肥6代線項目，它已經(jīng)實施過120億元的融資行動。
由于目前京東方整體仍然處于虧損中，這類巨額的融資行動已經(jīng)引來投資者警惕。《投資者報》組織的“最受尊敬上市公司”評選調(diào)查顯示，在本土受公募基金尊敬程度最低的5家公司中，京東方A名列第一。
京東方董事長王東升已經(jīng)不太喜歡公開回應(yīng)這類話題，因為，在他看來，如果不能在高世代項目上咬緊日韓及中國臺灣地區(qū)的對手，并且在產(chǎn)能規(guī)模上獲得一定的話語權(quán)，包括京東方在內(nèi)的面板企業(yè)，幾乎沒有出線機會。
目前的局面是，京東方北京5代線、成都4.5代線處于盈利狀態(tài)，合肥6代線剛剛投產(chǎn)，北京8代線明年年底前投產(chǎn)，王東升說，拋開折舊壓力，公司明年下半年的現(xiàn)金流有望為正。
對此，京東方發(fā)布了一個相對樂觀的預(yù)期，經(jīng)測算，投產(chǎn)后的8代線項目生產(chǎn)期平均年所得稅后利潤為17.26億元，平均銷售利潤率為9.78%。
而京東方表示通過8代線的建設(shè)，也可以帶動北京市的就業(yè)和投資。京東方方面稱，通過本項目的建設(shè)，可以拉動上下游產(chǎn)業(yè)就近投資，據(jù)預(yù)測可以“帶動上下游產(chǎn)業(yè)新增投資200億元，新增銷售收入700多億元，上繳稅收20億元以上，新增就業(yè)機會2萬余個，從而可以形成一個近千億元產(chǎn)值的TFT-LCD產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚群?！?function(){document.domain=qq.com;var
