元器件交易網(wǎng)訊11月14日消息，據(jù)外媒韓國經(jīng)濟(jì)日?qǐng)?bào)報(bào)道，韓國DRAM制造商包括三星和SK海力士，今年第三季度在全球DRAM市場占據(jù)67.7%的市場份額。

根據(jù)DRAMExchange調(diào)查分析DRAM第三季度銷售趨勢(shì)，韓國公司DRAM銷售額在本季度達(dá)到了61億美元，占全球市場67.7%的份額，比上季度增了5個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。

三星電子DRAM銷量排名第一，高達(dá)34億美元，其市場份額達(dá)到37.1%。緊隨其后的是SK海力士，DRAM銷量達(dá)到26億，市場份額占28.5%。

三星電子的市場份額比上季度增長了4.4%，但是SK海力士下降了1.5個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。

Korea’sDRAM makers, including Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix, grabbed a share of67.7 percent in the global DRAM market in the third quarter of this year.

Accordingto the analysis of DRAM sales trend for the third quarter, conducted by amarket research firm DRAM Exchange, Korean companies achieved US$6.1 billion inDRAM sales during the period, with their global market share estimated at 67.7percent, up 5 percentage points from 62.7 percent a quarter ago.

SamsungElectronics came on top with its DRAM sales estimated at $3.4 billion and itsmarket share estimated at 37.1 percent, followed by SK Hynix which marked $2.6billion in DRAM sales and recorded a market share of 28.5 percent.

SamsungElectronics marked a 4.4 percentage point increase in market share compared toa quarter ago, but SK Hynix suffered a 1.5 percentage point decline.
